Pssghetti’s Homemade Italian Restaurants is the creation of Frank and Anne Mongelluzzi. Opened in Blowing Rock, North Carolina, the original location was the realization of a longstanding dream to create a true Italian family restaurant – a place where the whole family is welcome to relax and enjoy authentic recipes, freshly prepared using the finest imported ingredients.
Frank and Anne’s plans for Old World splendor have been lovingly brought to life, complete with a Macaroni Room where all of our pasta is made fresh daily, and specialties that include Sunday Gravy – better known in the New World as classic pssghetti sauce.
